What information do I need to register?

You will need to provide us with the basic information, such as owner name, company name, and company address along with a phone number that we can reach you.  Plus you will need to fax in a copy of the state resale tax certificate and the business license.

Do I need a Wholesale License to buy from you?

Yes.  Only customers with an account with us may buy.

How can I tell if my order went through?

You should receive an order number after the check out.  Also you should get an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped out.

How long doe it take to receive my order if I placed an order today?

If there are not any problems with the order, most orders ship out within 2-3 business days after you have placed the order.  Please place an order before 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and add a priority handing option if your order need to ship out same day.

What are the available shipping methods?

We use UPS only. 

Are the prices wholesale prices?

Yes, the prices on the websites are the wholesale prices.

Can I phone or fax in my order?

We preferred internet order through the website.  Orders placed on the website takes priority over the phone/fax orders.  Fax orders will take longer to process. 

What is the minimum per order?

The minimum order is $50.00.

Do you substitute out of stock items?

No, we do not substitute.  The invoice will adjusted to show the item as Out of Stock and will not be backordered.

What can I do if I do not want to use my credit card over the internet?

You can place your items in the wish list and call us with your information.

Do you ship COD?

No we do not ship COD.
