Return or Cancellation
1. All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
2. Cancellation of your order after 24 hours from the time of submitting the order or failure to accept delivery will result in restocking fee of 25%,
Claims
1. You must examine the Products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify us at once. We will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the shipping date.
2. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 7 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice and R.A. number. We do not give credit back to your credit card.
3. If you receive defective items, please e-mail us with your order number and item number. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will e-mail back with a Return Authorization Number. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit memo to your account with us.
4. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** - All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn or in the appearance of being worn. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit. |
